Great feeling putter.

I ordered a custom Arthur in camo finish with personalized logo and text. The putter feels great. Pretty soft off the face with a nice sound to it. I like how it looks at address as well. My only gripe is my personalized logo on the heel side of the face has some cloudy smears under the finish taking away from the logo, almost like some unwanted oil or liquid of some sort got trapped in the finish (not sure what it is). Overall, nice putter.. but the flaw of the customization takes away from the product.

BEST ROLL, FEEL AND BALANCE

This is, without doubt, the best putter I have ever had in my hands. Bar none. There’s a few things that are far above and beyond anything out there.

Firstly, the roll that this thing creates, it is absolutely unreal how smoothly and consistently this thing does roll the ball. Blows both of my Scotty’s right out of the water.

Secondly, the feel. It feels softer than any putter I have ever had in my hand. It feels soft, but, you don’t lose the feel of the strike. It’s hard to explain, but, it’s awesome in your hands, and inspires confidence.

Finally, the balance. One thing the old Scotty’s had was balance. I’ve found the recent offerings don’t feel the same. That said, this is very much in line, and I would say even more so, balanced as the old Scotty’s. I’m sure that has something to do with how consistently you can roll this putter.

I absolutely love Scotty Cameron putters, and I’ve games them since high school. I am a self admitted loyalist and apologist on behalf of Cameron putters. However, I’ve flirted with other putters here and there and never made a change. That all changed with this putter though…..

I have made the permanent switch, and it will stay that way for a long time. In my last 8 rounds, my average has gone down to 27-ish. That’s two to three strokes improvement, and it’s directly due to this putter and how it works, because I haven’t changed my stroke in years.
