Tim Petrovic Putts with a Legend

Every brand has a story. And every story has a main character. For ARGOLF, the main character in their professional story is newly signed Tim Petrovic of the PGA TOUR Champions.

And there he will remain for the next two years as part of the ARGOLF professional staff team. You will find Petrovic on Tour with an ARGOLF putter and bag. He’ll also be sporting the ARGOLF logo in style on his golf apparel.

Petrovic currently carries the highly exquisite and refined-looking ARTHUR LT in a Ganache finish.

With the ARTHUR LT in his bag, Tim currently ranks third on the PGA TOUR Champions with a putting average of 1.63 and ranks seventh for average birdies made. Most recently, Tim shot an impressive 15-under at the Chubb Classic in Naples, Fla. He averages just over 27 putts per round which places him as a top-10 putter on the PGA TOUR Champions – not bad if we do say so ourselves. (Which we are definitely saying.)

So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that this is the very same blade putter that is featured in the Golf Digest Hot List 2018. You can check its sleek beauty and unbiased review here. Tim may or may not have carried this legendary piece of golf equipment in his bag prior to the 2018 season, but who’s keeping track? (We are.)

Originally from Massachusetts, Petrovic turned professional in 1988 and is a member of the University of Hartford Hall of Fame. Petrovic joined the PGA TOUR in 2002 and claimed victory at the 2005 Zurich Classic of New Orleans. He made his debut on the PGA TOUR Champions at the Boeing Classic in 2016.

Earning over twelve million dollars on the PGA Tour, Petrovic locked in a career-high Official World Golf Ranking in 2005 ranking 65th. Now starting his third season on the PGA TOUR Champions, Petrovic holds the 15th spot in the Charles Schwab Cup rankings – proving that some things do indeed get better with age.
